On all the reviews I've seen, it seems everyone is using the (optional, extra cost) magnetic mount for the iPhone. My question: When I use the standard iPhone clamp, it lines up (and presses) the down volume button on my phone, when the clamp is centered on the phone. Is that OK? Or should I move the clamp down a bit... but that would mean the phone is not centered on the mount. Will that cause problems for the motors moving the gimbal? Thanks.

I feel this review didn’t cover stabilisation well. Stable video is the key feature of any gimbal. The small video that had you walking looked very shaky and out of focus? The running one looked better but I’m surprised you didn’t have a single shot of you walking apart from that tiny one.

The flow was such a great idea, with lackluster execution... A lot of stuff could have been fixed with Software updates, but they decided to release this thing and try to get another 160€ out of the customers. Almost threw my Flow against the wall the other day because it ruined shot after shot, as getting it running can be a nightmare. So for everyone who buys this thing: Do yourself a favor, if you are happy with it within the return-period, yeah of course please keep it. But if you hope that stuff will be fixed later, it probably won't as it wasn't with the original one.

If you got the older Flow, I don't think the Pro model is worth upgrading to. This is more to sweeten the deal for people who don't own the original and were on the fence about buying this gimbal from Insta360 vs the competition. My guess is the Flow 2, if they call it that, will be the gimbal that has a complete suite of changes and possibly a form factor refresh.
