Insta360 One X scratch blur lens repair

My insta360 one x dropped when I put it on a tripod and took a selfie. One side of the lens is blurry and it takes a lot of time and money to fix it at the Insta360 official service, and I discovered a problem with the lens to fix it myself. I didn't replace the scratched glass, it's only slightly blurred in a small part of the picture so it's still usable

Do you have to take it apart to replace the lens? im seeing other videos of newer models where they just need a heat gun and pop the lens off. Is the One X the only one you need to take apart? Thanks!

cant believe how easy is to change the glass without even changing the lens, and these guys dont even sell the glass only and i have to pay 150$ for new pair of lenses
