Thanks for the tutorial. Some extra tips for anybody trying this: Definitely use the hair dryer / heat gun. The plastic cover should easily pry off. Make sure you have a very sharp knife to remove the glass lens. Run the tip of it 360 degrees around the lens before trying to pry it out. The same sharp knife can be useful for removing thicker adhesive. Then goo-gone gets ride of the residue. Good luck!

i watched carefuly how u used glass glue. then i saw some mistake while gluing lens then u used alcohol to clean lens. Does alcohol cleaned glass glue mistake on lens ?

Would it be easier to add the super glue on the camera before installing the lens? Have you tested to see if it's waterproof afterwards?
