Install 2" Lowering links on Yamaha R6 2011

Showing how to lower my r6 replacing lowering links I put my bike down 2" it was 32.5" tall now its 30.5" if any questions please dodnt hesitate to ask.

The kit it self how much longer it is compared to the stock one. I just bought a 2” lowering one and it’s like 1/2” longer than the stock. I thought it was going to be a lot longer

so what about when trying to install oem links and they are shorter than the lowering links do you recommend to elevate the front tire and keep the back tire on the ground or try to lift it up from the center of the bike like you did

Why are you lowering the bike? For the looks or like short person functionality? I just bought an r6 that was lowered 2.5", the cables seem to be rubbing around the forks and it messes with the steering definitely gonna change that asap

Anyone able to do this with the stock exhaust?? Can it be done without removing the converter. Wow that would be such a pain in the ass if you have to remove the exhaust.

Yes it can be done without removing converter you just have to losen it to be able to move it a bit
