You are a lifesaver! Excellent, detailed instructions, and in plain understandable English. Even if English isn't my first language, it got very hard trying to understand Hindi videos even with auto-translate captions enabled. I got screwed over by MIUI 14 on my Poco F3. Sure, Xiaomi did a few changes I didn't like, but the worst offender is actually Google and their idiotic implementation of Android 13 and its new features. Several key functions in my phone got broken as a result. I wouldn't have updated from 12.5.6 if I wasn't helping someone with their Redmi Note 12, causing me to go "Oh, MIUI 14 might be good". My stupid mistake.

Tried it on my OP 8T that annoyingly did an OTA update without my approval, forcing it into O13 and unrooting the phone. After a few attempts, disabling driver digital signing, and almost bootlooping my phone, it seems I have managed to root my phone (again). Thanks for the video!

This worked without having to download the fasbootd drivers. The device was automatically recognized. I assume this was handled by a windows update after the video was made.

Of all the custom roms you have tried so far on Poco X3 Pro, have you faced any issue of IMEI number loss or not available ? If yes, then how did you recover your IMEI numbers back ?

It's quite rare to lose IMEI unless you do something wrong. About recovering it, you should make a backup of your EFS partition in recovery or termux. I think there's a video on how to back it up on this channel.

Guys at 4:16 ......... dont go for so long video..open the cmd...... and simply enter the command : Fastboot reboot fastboot . it will restart. make sure phone is connected ...... ezz pzz. trust me .....my volume down button is only working and no power button or volume up button . so to enter Fastboot screen ( in switched off mode) just press Volume down and then connect ur usb to pc ...ez pz

hi, i have a question that im hoping you can answer. Ive followed all the steps up until the steps that are required to enable fastbootd mode. The issue im having is that when i enter the "getvar" command it comes back with "no" but when i enter the "fastboot reboot fastboot" command it comes back with a "Finished. Total time: 8.468s" and does not remain on "waiting for device". Device manager in windows also sees the android phone as a recognized device and states drivers are all up to date. is this an issue? does my poco f3 have dynamic partitions. this is a brand new phone from the xiaomi shop.
