When I open Audacity ( on MacBook Pro ) I checked for New Updates . The new Update downloads , and then asked to ‘Drag’ Audacity to Applications Folder. When I try to do this .I get message that this can not be done ,and I must Close Audacity first. When I do this, the Audacity symbol and the Application s Folder disappears . How do I go to get it back to complete the up date ?
