guys if it doesn't show up do this: When you connect the cable with the quest 2 to your pc, make sure you have your quest 2 on and at the top of the screen (or bottom) there will be a notification that says "click on this to allow pc access to your quest 2 files" (or something similar) (if that doesn't pop up try to reconnect your usb and check the oculus quest 2 notification tab). After that you go to "this pc" on your pc and then right next to your pc storage will be your quest 2 (it should look like and android phone/tablet as the icon. And there you go, and after that is is pretty straight forward where you just go to the mods folder.

I would try turning your Quest off and back on and then plug it back in. If that doesn’t fix it from within the headset go to system settings > developer > make sure USB Dialog is enabled. On a side note, when you do get it connected make sure there’s no additional folders within the mod folder after extracting it. Hope this helps!

I got it to work by copying the second folder into the mods directory. So instead of copying spidermanavatar-overhauled-quest folder into mods i copied the folder EmilS.SpiderManAvatar in that into the mods folder

That means that the file wasn't properly extracted and placed into the headset. Make sure after you extract the file, there is not another folder within that.

The Quest 2 file isn’t there. I have it connected to my pc via The Quest link cable. And it dosen’t say "allow file".

Once the file is dropped in you can disconnect the Quest from your computer but the save file doesn’t go in the mod folder, I believe there is a save folder a step before the mod folder that it goes into.

After extracting the folder, you have to open it and drag the folder within that to your mods folder. If you drag the folder without doing that it won’t work.
