Thx for sharing. Will one load equalizer work for both front and back lights?
@58053002535 жыл бұрын
Juan Gonzalez Yes. You only need one equalizer

Late to the conversation, but I have a 2013 Ultra. I pulled the side cover off and I don't have the plugs you are showing in the video on that side. Could it be on the opposite side?
@58053002534 жыл бұрын
The “plugs” could be under the seat or in another location. Best advise is to follow the wire harness from the rear tail light until you find it.

Is this only for the rear turn signals? Do you have to install a separate led resistor for the front?
@TigerDave704 жыл бұрын
Do I need that if it was just the fronts installed?
@58053002534 жыл бұрын
No harm in trying without it. If you get the “red key” on your speedo or fast flashing, you will need equalizer. Also, it may work inconsistently without the equalizer. Good luck.

Thanks for the useful video. One important question - Will one load equalizer work for both front and back lights?
@58053002535 жыл бұрын
Yes. You only need one equalizer.

Assume same for a Street Glide 2010 - 2013? Thanks for the video, very clear. Be safe.

Gary Larkin yes

Sorry for late reply. With the exception of slight differences that might exist in plug location specific to a model or year, this should be very, very similar (if not exact) on The street glide for the years you mention.

Thanks I bought, installed and they work great on my Street Glide. Another question, I do get blinker interference with my radio, (in other words when my turn signal is on I can hear it through my radio) do I switch to the higher level with the equalizer?
@58053002537 жыл бұрын
RF interference is due to The LED itself. An inexpensive (and generally successful) solution is to install ferrite chokes on the wiring to the led. They can be found at a local radio shack or online for a buck or two. I have no experience with these. But easy install and low cost, they should be worth a try!

when i install the load equalizer, will it stop all signals from hyper flash?
@58053002537 жыл бұрын
If they are "hyper flashing" because of reduced resistance (I.e. You put in led lights or have fewer bulbs), this will solve that problem.
@renblais667 жыл бұрын
I installed the load equalizer & it works for only the front lights with the regular bulbs in the back. As soon as i install the led lights in the back the front lights get dim & my signals stay on!
