I have an 08 250 that I let sit for longer than a year so the carburetor gunked up, and I’ve been putting off the repair for a year and a half. And I started on it a week ago and I found your video series and I am so lucky that I waited till now because yours was the most in-depth and helpful video series. I already watched and re-watched it and I followed pretty much everything and it’s gone great so far. I only have one or two more days and then I will try and start it. But so far your videos have helped immensely!! Thank you!

I did a carb clean and put back together, bike starts great but revs up to 7k , checked vacuum lines and everything else, any ideas?

I know this is an old comment but for anyone else running into this issue for me it was the carb sync adjuster screw inbetween the throttle blades closes to the engine.
