You dont have to remove the shoes. The 3 bolts will remove the whole assembly. The 2 spindle bolts and the 1 large bolt above the wheel cylinder.

I think they will fit the bracket, but the bleeder screw will be in the wrong position to bleed properly. The caliper must be mounted so the bleeder screw is up. If ventilated rotors are swapped, then cooling will be decreased. Hope this helps. John

Do stock wheels fit this arrangement? Did you wind up getting the car running again?

This appears to be the normal brake kit which comes with 12" rotors. Those do fit the stock 15" wheels. There are also big brake kits available featuring 13" rotors which require 17" or larger wheels, or 14.5" rotors for 19" or larger wheels.
