Great content on your LX470 build. Do you have a video on how to remove/replace the aftermarket headlights (or know if a video)?

You have aftermarket headlights on yours? To remove and install mine i think it was 3 bolts. I haven’t seen a video on that specifically. If you follow on IG I could show you the locations on mine if that would help. Let me know. 🤙

Where’s your headlight trim?

I'd assume in the trash. I was going to order new trim, but it was going to be over $300 for all the pieces. Personally, I don't need my LX to look mint. Too many body issues, so I didn't concern myself with buying new trim. I need it to be mechanically sound, not so much beautiful.

I did that initially when I bought the LX. The plan was to replace them. Going on 2 years later I still have not seen those trim pieces. The ones I looked at were china as well.

@@TheNonnell well I pulled the trigger just now. About $130 for the left side, middle and right side. Maybe I’ll find some Pearl white and just rattle can them to match
