Installing a Fully Built Engine in a Dodge Caliber SRT4

In this video I take a fully built 4b12 engine and install it into Alex’s Dodge Caliber SRT4. This engine has a freshened up OEM crankshaft, Realtune forged internals, a Realtune billet tone wheel, and Draton Sleeves. The head has been machined and comes with aftermarket valves, springs, retainers, and camshafts.

I'm in the process of replacing a 4B12 in my Mitsubishi Lancer. Came across this video while searching for resources. It's cool to see this engine used in other vehicles. Sick garage. That's the dream.

I know my car so well, if somebody handed me a caliber with a bare engine bay and a box of screws and parts, I'd know exactly how to put it back together. Too many times and hours have I torn into mine.

@@jonnsins got to the junkyard and get a naturally aspirated 2.4L from a Caliber or Patriot/Compass. Rebuild it with SRT rods/pistons. Cheapest option.

Miss my CSRT-4 😢 Full bolt on with Aaron's RT93 tune. Dynoed 345whp/346wtq Best 1/4 13.362 @112.8mph 2.1 60' (slow lol) Had that car for 6.5 years. Great memories. Pissed off many a Hemi on the streets 😂😂😂 Still gonna ask every upload, any word on your AWD conversion on Gretchen? 😊 Never got to install Aaron's s2b turbo, is there still a market for it to sell used? Wanna' sell mine Value?
