Installing A New 70cc Kit on my Puch Maxi

This video shows a quick example of installing a 70cc kit.
I'm rebuilding the bike for a customer in NYC and they want to go a little faster then stock.
The Build : high compression 70cc head
70cc TCCD cylinder/Piston
NGK B6HS spark plug
Clone 15mm Bing
78 main jet

Perhaps you have noticed since then, that you used a smaller old style head on a new style cylinder? The amount of fins on the side give it away.

No, the head was a high compression head

Don’t over rev that engine, it has bushings instead of crank bearings. Not a good engine to build unless you install real crank bearings!

E50s have crank bearings and are the best engines to tune

@@RestoCycles old post ! i think he was referring to the bushing on the crank small end .. which is a known failure point ! you want the needle bearing crank both ends big and little .
