Installed mine today and I’m not a big fan of it, doesn’t feel smooth and yes I greased everything

Yeah it's definately quite stiff and mechanical, but that's mostly the whole point of the short shifter! Some people will like it and some won't :)

That's strange 🤔 could be your actual short shifter. I've never had this issue 🤷‍♂️
