I did this drop kit on my '05 TJ Rocky Mtn. Now going with adjustable rear upper control arms. Gain more ground clearance while removing driveline vibration especially going uphill.

I went from not being able to get a damn rough country kit on- to completed install b/c of your reminder on loosing the four bolts holding the transmission mount to the skid plate if adjustment is needed. thanks man!

Sooooo how’s the ride afterwards? Just installed a 2.5” Rough Country shock and spring kit and she is riding rough with a little vibration

I have a shake in the jeep when taking off from a stand still and feels worse when going up a hill and it’s from the rear end. Would this help?

I just installed a 2.5” Rancho lift with Moab springs. The kit came with the same Transmission Spacers. I installed them but still have the vibration...

Have you checked your u joints?

Yeah they were fine. I ended up having to do an additional JKS motor mount lift. That got the alignment to a degree where I had no issues

Hey so all this takes is dropping the skid plate? Is the T case connected to the skid plate? There is no need to wrench on the actual T case?

correct. case is mounted to the skid, you don't need to touch the case
