You where actually on the right track there. It sounds like a muscle car because the crossplane motors have the same crankrotation as a oldschool-V8, that is what makes this motor sound so good and gives it that torque

Congrats are due fron previous exp & current witb my Beast Super Duke 1290 R there is no better exhaust system than Akrapivic quality built , looks , function & sound this R1 build will be a huge hit & wont take so much time & effiort to assemble it together

When you first pulled the muffler out of the box I thought it was way too big. I’m not a fan of the really small cans but that looked almost like stock. With it on the bike and the carbon shield installed it really looks awesome. The angle and shape fits the bike perfectly and the sound…

When you take cost and reliability into account, the R1 can't be beat in my opinion. The Italian machines are beautiful and fast but maintenance and repair costs are a big drawback. The Japanese big for give you 99% of the looks and power, reliability and low maintenance costs are also included...🏍️

Had to be Akrapovic all the way. The r1 cp4 an the aprilia rsv4 have to be at the top of the list when it comes to the best sounding engines. Combined with the full akrapovic, perfection. Loving the r1 build, its going to be one special bike. 🍻 Guys. 💪

So long as you leave the servo motor attached you can still ride it without the servo buddy installed, just make sure the electrical connector is done correctly otherwise you'll cause an error. Didn't even bother with the servo buddy on my MT10SP when I changed the exhaust.

Loving this build brother I have a 2020 R1M and so far the build you’re doing I have down the exact same thing. 🔥🔥🔥 the only thing I have not done is slap on some brembos and rizoma mirrors to expensive . And I need some because yes the brakes are not good I mainly use the engine brake way better lol 😂

SC-Project exhaust is pretty nice for the R1-M. I was at Ducati NYC and there was one there with that exhaust on it and it sounded aaaamazing!!!! Added bones: the can was a shorty. Had a very GP look to it.

Akra does make one for the 1200 Monster, but you have to purchase it in 3 seperate pieces. Titanium headers, link pipe and the can.

Top quality system by akra but very common On that bike...spark is also making a wsbk replica full titanium system ...but motomillion doesn't carry it...you should also see those italian welds of that one too! By the way... pronunciation of akrapovic is on point👌
