Bro, I did my first ever polish and ceramic coating on my car over the weekend. It was a 15 hour marathon and the most mentally and physically exhausting thing I’ve ever done. Shout out to you for doing this professionally. I don’t think I have it in me to do this again lol Also, keep killing it on the diet bro. It’s hard. I did a “dirty keto” a few years back and dropped 50lb in a few months. The first 2 weeks you will feel like absolute cheeks. Once that passes it’s just about maintaining discipline and sticking to the diet. When you do come off, taper. Do not go balls to the wall again eating. You got this.

Eddie hello from Cadillac MI. have you ever tried the Dr. Beasley’s NSP primers? Im not kidding when I say with using NSP before application my coatings last as long as the manufacturer says. Before I would just cut/polish with Megs then panel prep & it didn’t matter what coatings I used they would only last 2-3 years. With NSP the coatings are there!! Years and years after application!! I hope APP is just like it

That’s very vague science and chemistry. I think diy makes good products but $300 for a coating is a lot. The market is flooded with all different types of coatings. Chemistry and performance means nothing for at least 2-3 years after testing to see where it’s at. I have had a coating from a company that claimed 3 years with a single coat. It’s now been on the car 5 years and still going strong. Not saying this coating is good or great but I can’t just apply it and after two months say it’s awesome. It takes years to say that.

Love the video, excited to see more reviews of this product especially if someone could show how it looks under water and also compare with some other products. I presume this is a one coat product, is there any advantage in a second coat or instructions on that? I have a stealth grey model 3 and really want something to bring out max gloss so hope this is the ticket and I don’t mind paying the premium if it’s good product and easy to apply. I’m in Arizona where it is already heating up, is it safe to assume the time before wiping would be shorter in 100 degrees? Lastly, as I live in a condo without outlets I have a cordless DA buffer, you made a comment that it was a pain for the APP, curious what you meant and how to make it work I am a weekend warrior but have coated a few motorcycles with Gyeon Synchro EVO and Adams (not crazy about the latter but Gyeon is my second choice if I don’t use the DIY stuff)

$362 with tax for the coating, pad and APP. I'm sure there was a ton of R&D and science that went into this but no chance it's twice as good as any other name brand coating for more than double the price. ADS, Geyon, Getechniq etc. All have 5+ year coatings. Wildly expensive for the prosumer and not realistic for the professional detailer. This price would eat into my margins substantially even with wholesale pricing. I know we chase the hype in the detailing world because that's what we love but the price is no bueno. Same thing as Kamikaze Zipang the difference in performance is negligible. Maybe if you measure the gloss with a gloss meter to prove it's glossier but I'm not convinced. Save your money people. Interesting. It seems like you’re insinuating that a $362 coating package is out of my reach? The pricing is heavily inflated and the ROI isn't justifiable. 2.5x the price doesn't mean the product is better. However, you’re spot on about value and price. The value doesn’t justify the price when your competition offers much similar results. Most modern coatings bead/sheet similarly, offer the similar protection and can last 5+ years with proper maintenance. The difference here is that yours is more than double the price of your competition. Professionals aren’t going to eat into their margins nor should they have to raise their prices and risk losing customers when this won’t add any more noticeable value or performance vs a different brand. I saw the beading and gloss on Pan’s channel. Really good stuff, no doubt it looks great! I’d recommend doing more education for your consumers because there needs to be more justification given for the price. Or help educate your affiliates if they are doing reviews of your product. Tell us why it’s worth the money. Just my perspective 🙏. Best of luck.

@@Murph97I think you’re 🎯 the more time you spend doing this and trying products (Not a pro) you soon start to realise that there’s nothing really groundbreaking out there regardless of what the hype train says, lots of people using “game changer” lately but can’t answer you when asked why, eventually come to realise that you’ve got shelves and shelves full of very similar products 😂
