Haha yes, all headlights have some type of outside adjustment to align properly.

@@Scoobyfreak86 @Lightwerkz Global These guys sent me their wiring solution for swapping in the OEM LED headlights on my Sport Impreza. As far as I know, they are the only ones prior to myself to pull this swap off properly, and all the Impreza/crosstrek owners on the forums looking to do the same said it couldn't be done. I didn't even buy anything, so offered to pay for the help, but they answered any questions I had, and said the info was gladly shared for free. Honestly an amazing company; so glad to see you went with them!

Subispeeds headlights are terrible, the corner bulge was so ugly and so much cobb webbing in the light output on the road, I also junked mine. I'm going with a 2019+ headlight but idk if I'm gonna do custom set but yours look amazing 👏. Where did you buy the factory headlights? From subaru? If so what was the part numbers I just want to make sure I get 2020 or 2019 and not the 2018s.

I had the subispeed headlights about 4 years ago for about a week. A lot of coin for terrible performance and shotty parts. I bought the set off a buddy who was selling his 2020 lights. You can try eBay or the forums.

I'm somewhat doing something similar, I got the 2018+ headlight and I have the OLM harness (12 to 16 pin). Did you have to connect the "DRL" harness to the fuse box to make the DRL turn on during the day time? The OLM harness didn't come with that and it only has the DRL connector. Mine won't come on with just the OLM harness installed.

Swap looks dope, I know you stated the steering response don’t work for 15-17, question is when you did have STI, would the headlight auto center itself, like sweep back and fourth to reset back to center?

Does not work since there isn’t any wiring on the car to make it happen.

They are a custom retrofit from Lightwerkz from an OEM set. Can’t just buy off the shelf.

The projectors are bi-LED. So they are both the high beams and low beams. Works just like stock (move the stock forward/back).

If you get the 18+ STI headlights, the signals will be in the headlights.

They are adaptive if you have the 2018+! Mine just aren’t functional since mine is a 2017 and my car didn’t come with them. But all 2018+ will work.

If I get that harness for 2020 wrx, do you have to hook up anything to the turn signals if you only want the turn signal in the headlight to work and delete turn signal in the bezel.

You'll need to install the diode dynamics c lights and wire those up to the signals if you want to delete the lowers.

Your turn signals are in the lower part of the bumper correct? You’ll need 2018+ led headlights for the turn signals to work until the headlight.

Great setup and review, I'm running Morimoto 2S 3.0 and Diode Dynamics SS3 Max in yellow fogs on my 21 crosstrek sport. The combination of these are worlds better than the factory setup its pricey but worth it IMO.

Those are nice. I wish there was a way to get that opaque type c-light diffuser that a lot of aftermarket options comes with though. Other than that retro is the way to go 👌

You can frost the c light housing to get that opaque look. The only disadvantage of that is it reduces the output and light. Since the c light is my turn signal, I didn’t want to jeopardize any of the output.
