so this was literally just plug and play? unhook your old radio and hook the same connections up on the new unit?

can you still use that red screen with all its functions? like can you still set the correct time and see the mileage etc…?

The time yes, the mileage idk, I wasn’t able to se that even when the oem radio was in there

@@limasgaragehey man I recently found out if you hold the mode button then for about 10 seconds then click up on the arrow it shows you the mpg and or miles left on your tank just a heads up if you found any cool features with the radio give me a heads up Preciate it

How long does it take to boot everytime is it as shown in your video?

Usually after short drives 10sec maybe, but in the morning when I first turn the car on it’ll take like 25-30. Or if I stall the car itll be right back on once I restart the car. Lol

I don’t remember the brand but they are the universal ones you can pick up from like walmar, and you can trim them down. And the only issues i had was with the driver side because of the clutch pedal, so I cut it some more.

Its part of the oem radio, its like a little info screen, shows time, ac temp/modes, what radio station is on, etc..
