How many hours would you say a shop would take for installing both new rear and front sway bars

It's that easy to do?? The only hard part then seems to be getting the bar in or out then

The rear would be the hardest on getting it out but other that it’s not that bad

Who is your camera guy? He needs to learn how to hold the camera and keep it in focus, terrible man, get a better camera guy.
