Installing Hydraulic Disc Brake in my Electric Cycle

Hi friends today I am going to show how to make Hydraulic Disc Brake system in alloy wheel Cycle .I think it is first time that some one install scooter disc brake in cycle.It was very exiting and useful for instant braking.
Here I used scooter hydraulic disc brake system that is Disc ,Brake Caliper Assembly , Brake Lever and oil hose etc.

For bleeding the oli line make a bottle with gas line cord put that on the bleeding piece so you can see if all the air is out

very nice suggestion ,but hey most of us do NOT have a TIG/MIG welding maching at home . i asked a few shop near by and all where asking either an arm or a leg for a few tacks of welds , when you suggest stuff to us regular folks please think -> NO Specialty Shop Tool Available . The idea is good but out of reach for MOST of us , Cheers & Ride safe

Yea, Sure, hydraulic brakes are much better, but the wire brake can be strong too. i set my wire and disc brake on my bike. so now its that strong, it can even get the wheel out of its place! im not lying!

I've tried cycle hydraulic brake which costs me Rs.5000/- but after one month, it failed, waste of money. I've seen cycle hydraulic brake components are made up of aluminium, which cause lots of wear and tear too soon, don't want to waste on expensive 15000 - 20000 on cycle hydraulic brakes. I have 250 watt hub motor on front, and 500 watt hub on rear. So I need strong grip hudraulic brake which cycle mechanical or cycle hydraulic brake cannot give. So I'm upgrading to ntorque disc brake components, hope it will give what I'm expecting....thumbs up for this video

Idk if brakes are different for e bikes and normal bikes but ive been using hydrau.ic brakes for a while now and nothing went wrong it just occasionally snaps a rotor bolt if i hit it too hard

0:05 - You have a front mechanical disc brake and it is shown here that it is connected. Wouldn't you be able to configure it in order to slow down it, and not only? I know for sure that mechanical disc brakes can stop the bicycle even at a speed of 40 km/h (although not instantly), there are about 5-10 km/h and in this case even the cheapest mechanical disc brakes (if they are configured) can stop bike. The video is unambiguously useful, but the pancake does not have to start with fakes.
