TIP: before you start screwing pop the back of the drill with your hand it'll make a puncher hole to start the screw

That is a good one and works well. I did that a few times but one time I hit at an angle and the screw popped out and I dented the metal. 😔 I got nervous to continue doing that. I could just grab my punch too as that would work well.
