Thanks for ur video, thinking about the same change to my 2003 Zx250 skeeter, my question is about your experience with drive ability and top speed difference if any. Seems some are saying their boat is slower after taking the weight out. I'm considering doing the lithium 36×100ah,and adding a pair of 10ft poles. What is your opinion and thanks in advance. Jp

I really want to save space and weight.I dont like having to have 3 12v batteries to run my trolling motor.I dont use is ton and would love to save the weight
