Installed these on both my 200s now scan the qr code on the controller box so you can use the app to control them from inside the car and I colour matched my headlight inserts to the car (8p4 blue)

Also did you leave the sidelight just hanging out on? I took the bulb out on the opposite side light (not the wire tapped side) since I didn’t think I needed it (let me know if I need it in there) But yeah still having trouble turning them on. Have wire tapped them correctly and the bulb still turns on (on the wire tapped side light) but can’t get the LED halos to turn on. The remote lights up so I believe it’s working

Hi mate, that's quite weird 🤔 The only thing I can think of is that your wire tappers may not be that good, as I actually encountered a similar issue (the wire tappers weren't cutting through the wire even when I pressed it). What I'd say is FIRST double check that theyre even switched on, use the remote / app (that should have been provided with your kit) to turn the LEDS as they may be off. If that don't work, remove the wire tappers and do this to confirm that your kit is working. Try to manually connect the wires (hold the kit onto the wire / twist the wires together so you know its DEFINATELY got a connection). That SHOULD work. If that still doesn't work, try the wires on the other side and repeat. If that still doesn't work, your RGB kit may be faulty ☹️

Put the headlights in your over at 200 degrees for like 20 minutes and it'll come apart easier

Hey mate, I’ve just installed the halo LEDs but can’t seem to get them to turn on. Used wire tappers to the specific wires (red to green) etc They’re tight and I made sure they’re both pushed down to make a connection - the side light turns on but I can’t get the the halos to turn on. The one I brought didn’t have another wire coming off for the remote. Not sure why that is but just curious why I can’t get them to turn on

On my first kit I just left the sidelight hanging out, but on my second IS200 I actually just cut it out 😂 and directly wired in the positive and negative. Looks a lot cleaner

@Shinobi-Second-l4s ahh, if I'm not mistaken I think I used a 400 grit. It shouldn't matter too much as its only to remove most of the chrome off! I'd say start off rough with like 400 and just finish up with 600 - 800 - just to make sure it's nice and smooth when ready to paint
