Installing Shimano freehub on Campagnolo Zonda wheels

I bought a set of Campagnolo Zonda wheels and realized I needed to replace the freehub because I have a full Shimano drivetrain on my bike.
This is how you do that with the standard Axle on the Zonda’s.
The part you need is the Campagnolo FH-BUU015X1

Luke!!! This might be the solution for me. Sentimental bike of my late dads, set up with ultegras, sentimental wheels of his -campagnolo scirrocco 35mm mega g3. Do you know if this woll work with them?

Hello Luke, I'd love to upgrade my 20yo hybrid with a set of Campagnolo Zonda C17, though my rear hub measures 135mm instead of the now standard 130mm. Do you know if it's possible to fit a longer axle or adjust the wheelset to make it work? The frame is Aluminum, so bending it is not an option. Best regards!

Omg do not put grease inside where the hub body apply, only mineral oil, what a mistake.

Thanks for posting Luke. I was wondering if you have had any issues with the wheels not spinning for very long? On a free spin my back wheel will spin for about 30-40 seconds max. I noticed some of the other videos, theirs spun for at least 1-2 minutes. I was wondering if you had this issue?

hey Joseph, no I haven't had any issues like this. I would suggest either some is overtightened or the grease in the bearings is either too thick or too light. Also could be something as simple as your brakes slightly rubbing.

I just bought some World Class Ti hubs to rebuild an old frameset and then I realized that the freehub body is campy. I already have 3x8 shimano thumb shifters and I'd like to use shimano. Do you know what I have to find out to determine whether or not I can replace the freehub body? I saw another video from RJ the Bike Guy and he said it varies depending on the hub, so I have no idea if I'd be able to do it

I can’t guarantee, but I believe you should be fine with the freehub linked in the description. As I understand there are two standards campi and shimano and this allows you adapt between the two.
