Installing The 4.91 CFW Jailbreak On My Friends Slim PS3 On 4.76 Firmware!

In this one I will try jailbreaking my friends slim PS3 that is running on a 4.76 firmware from 2015! We ran into a couple snags but overall he’s a happy guy and your boy made a cheeky video out of it. We installed the Evilnat 4.91 CFW to his PS3.

After 4.91 update (Evilnat cex) it takes me to psn after trying open a game downloaded from pkgi. Older installed games still work. Anybody else experiencing this?

once you install this cfw , you can enable downgrade, but you can only downgrage to minimum specifice for each type of ps3 model. I would recommend to go with the same cfw he used on the video, it is the most recent one

Yes that depends on its model check its number on the back if it is 25 or less you can

@@lezterlezter CECH-2501B Slim or older you can jail break and install CFW. I have also CECH-2504B but i couldn't install CFW on it but you can use Hen jailbreak on any Ps3. Refer to this documentary: If your model number is 20XX or 21XX, it is compatible. If it's 30XX or above, it is impossible to install CFW. However, if your model number is 25XX, you will have to use MinVerChk to check if it's compatible
