Ive seen a video where the contractor didnt run Romex but used 1 wire that came with the Halo recessed lights... longer video showing step by step would be helpful to us dIyers...

Speeding up throughout video didn’t help understand wiring process. Placement of lights and drilling holes aren’t really helpful. Slow down and light up the attic.
