Amazing!!!! I've FINALLY started getting at my Bus "Larry" w/ the help of my very fine husband of course! I'm making my own door panels! They match the curtains......I have a theme that has really just evolved over the last 5 yrs......OMG it will be 5 yrs in October that i drove down to Virginia Beach to buy him! INSANE! April 30th I'm driving to CT for a dust-off, so I'm trying to get it all done!

I don’t think Klassic Fab panels are weld thru? A lot of people recommend taking the green protection coat off and applying an epoxy primer or weld thru primer.

They are weld thru and they weld pretty good, but I am going to take the paint off on the outside of the panels for my paint job

What welding machine do you use? I am repairing a baywindow and I use a Chicago Welder flux core but it is complicated

Flux is no bueno for body panels. You need MIG with shield gas!

Nice work, man! Where the hell did you get the c pillar replacement part from? I had to build both sides on my own, without knowing the exact shape… I didn’t find anything! 🤘🏻 Regards, Matze
