Please check your torque settings on the crank damper pulley as that dewalt impact gun will not of run it tight enough, off the top of my head these bolts on most other engines are 120lbs/ft+ not too sure what they are on the evo thou. I've had to do rebuilds because someone didn't tighten them up enough and the pulley went sideways while out on the road they lost there water pump drive and cooked the engine before realizing.
