Installing Vanes on the 11 Factor Arrows with Vane Master Pro Fletching Jig

In this video, we are finalizing the "11 Factor" Arrow Build.
All that is really left is installing vanes and the turbulator. I will be using the Vane Master Pro from Last Chance Archery to install the vanes.
This video is a bit of a marathon, but will show each of the steps in detail. I will also show the final weights of all 12 hunting arrows I built. I won't spoil anything, but the weight variance turned out WAY better than I had originally hoped for.

@user-nx8vp5sy5d I've had this fletching jig for over 4 years now. It took a while to learn. I love these vanes, but they are made from a stiffer material. That's why I like them. Some of the bases are really "deep" is the only way I can describe it. You need to add more glue, and press harder for a few seconds longer. The voids happen on both sides on one out of every 10 vanes. Again, it's never a problem with other vanes that have a more flat base to mount to the carbon. Searching the internet, there are plenty of similar comments about Tac vanes. They require a bit more work. But in my opinion, the trade off is worth it. Thanks for watching. Happy Hunting!
