I share your opinion mate. This one in the video is the first out of many I fitted that went ok. No returns but the quality is a wren quality and no question about it. When my client is telling me that they ordered wren kitchen, I get anxiety 😮

I fitted a large Wren kitchen and thought they were very helpful with any problems , plus the fact the smallest part could be ordered off my phone , when i needed an extra part they again were very helpful . Everything fitted as expected and the quality was great and i think they are definitely a better quality unit than lots of other others . The whole delivery was was brought and put in exactly the place I'd asked and with no help from me as they didn't accept help on dropping off as the recorded it from the lorry , all very well packed and labelled with a planner with every detail

It's definitely improving. This wasn't the case in the past. I have years of experience with fitting wren kitchens and believe me it was a nightmare. I think they are getting better. My last two kitchens were very successful

Just fitted my wren kitchen.had no issues other than a chipped door,but they provided a wax stick that you press into affected area and honestly you just cant tell it's there.brilliant in my opinion. The delivery was fantastic as well. I'm happy.

Not the point they should of got You a new door would you be happy if you bought a jacket and it had a rip or it’s ok we sent you a needle and thread

We are planning to do our kitchen and Wren was the first place we visited to see what they have. And after coming back from their show room I was watching couple of videos to see if anyone has posted their experience installing Wren kitchen and this was my 5th video given some positive comments for Wren kitchen.

@@yesconstructionltdCan I ask, if you've been fitting them for years and they've been rubbish, why did you still fit them? Not being mean, genuinely interested. We ordered a Wren kitchen before we saw any of the bad reviews.

@@W124phreak Hi It's because in 90% of the cases the client purchases the kitchen. We are not a typical kitchen fitting company, we are a general building company. Pretty much every project includes kitchen and bathroom fitting. Sometimes we get 40 kitchens to be fitted in one commercial property and we have no say in which kitchen they will buy. I discourage my clients from buying Wren, but the interest free finance is stronger than my advice 🙄 My last two Wren installations were not too bad though so maybe something has changed, hopefully

Recently Wren kitchen fitted in our house and it’s brilliant .we have no issue with installation ,had a issue with delivering 2 fridge rather than fridge and freezer but not a problem at all ordering for right one.everything was done by phone and straight way they order right one and deliver in few days .

I just got a wren kitchen and customer service for parts missing they are fantastic. I would say get the app because if some bits are damaged they replace straight away. But I had all the time in the world to do it so waiting wasn't a problem but for trade it's not convenient.

@@dilligaf2386 Thank you for your comment. Yes, wren is not built for trade and this is why us tradesman dreading fitting it. Oh well, if the world was so perfect, it would be boring 😉

Hi It will be coming soon. We fitted a few kitchens since this video but it wasn't me personally doing it so I couldn't record it properly. On my current project the kitchen will be installed by me and I will create a step by step video. I take on board what my subscribers are saying and I have had a few comments where people are asking for more detailed videos and that is what I am intending to do from now on 😉

@@aaronbell8527 It can be tricky. I like the fact that the drawer runners are installed and the hinges- it saves some time but once you come across a problem, it takes too long to resolve it.

@ I didn’t like it that all the doors were fitted that’s the last job for me so they don’t get damaged how were you’re hinges on the larda units I had the 900 wall Units and 3 of them were out of square making it hard to level the doors up

@aaronbell8527 I know. Not square is the biggest problem with WREN. I have another video (short) showing how much my door was out. I don't understand how it's that such a big company is making doors that are not square. You can make a square door with your hand tools so why can't they ? It's BS

Hi, thanks for engaging It's true, I would never go to wren out of choice. My client bought it and I had to fit it . Wren makes it very easy for everybody with interest free finance. Obviously we know that the interest is included in the price but most people fall for it.

Yes it is. Unfortunately WREN doesn't have a corner tower unit. It's around 1cubic meter of space wasted

It's down to the designer really. They could easily supply some panels so I could build the unit myself, but on one side of the corner they put the fridge and on the other side the oven😮
