Try Kalms to alleviate your anxiety, (they contain hops and valerian root) they're pretty good 👍🏼 Stay away from chemicals.

To those reading to this… Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. It can be easy to feel like it’s a huge set back when we start to feel anxious after being peaceful for so long but I always like to remind myself that this path is not linear. We are always on an upward spiral. Yes we have been here before but each time we return to dark states we are more equipped and prepared to ride the waves and come out on top ✨ *If you’re in the darkness right now, keep holding on. That’s where the light is found* 🙏🏼

Thank you for addressing alcohol’s role in producing anxiety; so many don’t realize that because alcohol is a depressant, your body releases stress hormones to counteract it to bring you back into balance

Whenever I have alcohol in the evening, no matter how much or little, I wake up at around 1-2 am with a racing heart and gasping for breath and Negative thoughts and terror about the future. It’s horrible. I try not to have alcohol much anymore. Especially at night. However with the holidays etc sometimes it’s unavoidable. I have heard that is the hour your liver dumps all the toxins and that’s why your heart races, etc. probably truth to that. However the older I get (I am 46) the more I wonder if there’s more truth to the reason they call it “spirits.”

Im getting back into my better self, im doing more breathwork more often, i pray all the time, i meditate, i am keeping away whatever drains me and keeping close to me more of what builds me and fills me up in productive and loving and amazing ways

Leeor, I am so thankful for you 💜 I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety, much worse the last few months. Lately I've been manifesting healing. Scripting about it, asking my angels for guidance, writing about divine protection and guidance to stay connected to source. I've been getting intuitive nudges in certain directions. First it was this overwhelming knowing that healing is coming, and so I should change my language about it. I started saying "I experience anxiety sometimes but I am resilient and I am healing" rather than claiming it as "MY anxiety". I felt inspired to start yoga and have been going for two months. In the middle of a yoga session I tuned back to my intention and asked internally "how do I cultivate healing?" And I heard "NUTRITION!" The next time I heard "No coffee!" And I've been focused on making my home a safe, calming sanctuary, including reducing blue light. All the things I've been guided to do by my intuition, you included in this video. And then you reminded me of a few other tools I had forgotten about. I think of this video as divine guidance, confirming what I've been picking up on, so THANK YOU!

I have suffered from this for over a year. Before I even opened my eyes it felt like someone punched me in the gut. Unsurprisingly, My therapist says she has had several patients with the same thing lately. I was sure in my case, it was some leftover PTSD from a traumatic event in 2020, plus the trauma we all have from this current event crap. But I can’t help but wonder if it’s something more nefarious from unseen forces. Or seen forces. Who knows. It’s taken my mind around the bend and back a few times. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for addressing anxiety because of alcohol I had no idea about it. And I was wondering why am I feeling like this it's been days it never use to last for so long ( now I know because alcohol takes a few days to get out of your system) Thanks alot.

I love that you often speak about alcohol, sometimes when I'm feeling really bad and anxious I'm almost more drawn to partying, but I know how shitty I feel for even a whole week after, just for those few ours of no anxiety, so it helps to remember that

I missed you. 💜 Thank you for illuminating your shadows to help us see the light. It’s hard revisiting former aspects of ourselves, former stories we told ourselves and finding something good in it, but in reflecting back on things (as you illustrated) we learn exactly what we need to do right the next time. Constantly aligning and realigning. And you give the older story less power. It’s no longer oil and water, it’s the confluence of the old and new. It’s a perfect process. You’re perfect.

I’ve been doing well for an extended period of time. I haven’t had a true anxiety attack…until tonight. I was on social media. I saw pictures of large groups of people, people I don’t even personally know. I started over analyzing and immediately my stomach started to tense and I began to itch like I was getting hives. Because I have experienced anxiety attacks before, I know how to properly handle them. I feel better now. Thank you for this video.

I'm diagnosed with anxiety, the mornings are the worst for me. I'll try some of your tips. I definitely find that both meditation and talking to God helps. I've just implemented a nightly prayer routine and it is really helping me.

Thank you for sharing this video Leeor 🙏🏽❤️ I havn’t been in the best place for a while, I stopped meditating, fell out of my rutines etc. I noticed I stopped watching high frequency videos even though I needed them the most. I loved hearing all these tips 💜 Before I had kids, I remember I would often just lay on my bed or on the couch and zone out. No phone or really thinking anything specific, just be. Feeling grateful for everything you shared. I also live with anxiety. I don’t consume alcohol and I limited my coffee consumption by A LOT. I also deleted social media from my phone. Except KZbin and TikTok lol I’m feeling a lot better since I made this choices, but I’d love to try what you said actually relaxing without being on my phone.. walking, toning, maybe even yoga ☺️ thanks again Leeor! I love the idea of making a constant noise to get the energy out. I feel like I get full of the pent up energy. I use some deep breathing work, meditation and daily exercise to keep my energy flowing

I wanna share something personal that just happened to me, this looks like a safe place to do it. I was in bed, trying to fall asleep. My heart was sore I've had really toxic, horrible relationships with my grandmother. Don't wanna tell how many mean things she's done to me and how mad I still get every time I think about her. Not dramatizing, that woman ruined my childhood and teen years, she made me suffer so badly. Lately I've been thinking that those negative feelings towards her keep me down, I tried to forgive her. Before sleep I called her soul to talk to me, to figure why she did all that to me. I saw a light blue~light emerald cloud, that energy must be her higher self. And we started talking, I also felt there was another me, bigger and more conscious. I said that I apologize for hating her so much, started justifying because I felt the spirit wasn't as stupid as her. And asked, why did she do it because I want to forgive her The spirit showed me our past life, I caused a lot of pain to her there. I've seen the scenes. Basically, she came here to do same what I did. That was a revenge I understood it all in a second, thought about grandma's life and what made her such an asshole. I believe she wasn't always like that. We talked again to that spirit, and I started feeling relieved! (me) - Let's stop this. This girl suffered enough (grandma) - Yeah. Let's finish this horrible relationship. I'll finish one important project and leave. I hope we'll never meet again. I felt good again, heartache was gone Btw, I don't think that death is a bad thing, isn't it cool that she'll get out of that sick wounded body and start living a better life?
