First time ever making a comment on your KZbin but I just had to say that I’ve never ever seen someone deserve a win as much as you did for this run, to fight Isaac for 10 minutes, unable to see your own character model for half the game, this run had me nervous and I ain’t even playing it. i agree with double tap items. i play on switch and yes double tap items can be used correctly but do randomly go off on their own. also if you use the joystick to fire, charge shots frequently shoot the opposite way you intend to shoot them.

I get the feeling that one of those items was kidney stone (or another really low proc rate tear effect) + epiphora because it was a random (fairly low) proc where it'd give you epiphora's increasing tear rate for the rest of the room that reset the second you changed rooms.
