Exactly. As frustratingly up-and-down his regular season was, he proved you can't count him out, even in the big momentd. We're just so used to the dominant guys being big athletic and strong (apart from Luka and Jokic) that some people somehow struggle to give him credit. Especially the last 2-3 years I find it surprisring how much Steph gets into or around the paint instead of figuratively shying away from the contact and shoot mid-rangers. I know it's no longer a mid-range league (with the exception of Derozan, KD, Booker and CP3). Kerr and Curry maybe/probably had a conversation about why to opt fot a majority of close shots when it comes to two-pointers but Steph' being the greatest shooter ever I'm sure he could've pulled it off shooting mid-rangers if he thought it was thr best choice.
