Kawhi took the baton from the Spurs. Warriors have a different baton.

@@JT-bs2lm in what way has Kawhi taken the baton from the spurs. The Spurs showed the league that you can play team ball and win a championship whereas before it was you need a kobe, a shaq, a jordan, a lebron, to win a championship. Kawhi just bitched and left the spurs to go play iso ball with the raptors and then the Clippers.
@JT-bs2lm
@JT-bs2lm Жыл бұрын
@@joe_robloxgameing In a way that when they were expecting him to be the next franchise player after the big 3 are about to retire, he left. Until now Spurs are still struggling to be in contender status since he left. also team ball doesn't magically win a championship or else the same best coaches would win every year, they need a franchise player and they lost it with Kawhi. yes team ball helps, but TD in his prime made that team ball look good but he was really a dominant PF on both sides of the floor.
@joe_robloxgameing
@joe_robloxgameing Жыл бұрын
@@JT-bs2lm exactly why the baton was passed to the Warriors and not Kawhi. You legit made my point for me. The spurs were the team that everyone had to beat to win a championship, now its the same with the warriors, they are the team that you're going to have to beat to win. How was the Baton passed to Kawhi exactly? Kawhi wasn't a superstar talent when they won their chips, and when the big three retired he didn't do anything to help the spurs win, granted he did get injured in 2017. The warriors got the baton from the spurs and the next team that plays team basketball with superstar talent is going to take the baton from the warriors.

its so ridiculous and laughable how these mfs who get paid to talk about stats don't even google them before talking about them. Statmuse would show u he avg'd 27 ppg for all his finals career and after this one its at about 30 ppg lol. Mf's would talk about his finals performances as if he avg'd 16 ppg before this year. The narrative after Kd joined was so disrespectful towards curry.

Firstly, great coaching won the championship too. Secondly, Mr. MVP Curry can't and shouldn't be counted out. Thirdly, teamwork makes the dream work! Wiggins, Poole, Draymond, Looney and everyone else contributed tremendously to Mr. Curry's success. They had his back so he could stand and shine in front with that MVP trophy. They got their reward too winning the championship 🏆. Finally, all's well that ends well!

How can these guys keep saying this is the worst Warriors team to reach the finals? I don't get it. They have so much talent up and down the roster, with GP2 and Wigs and Looney who came up so huge in the playoffs, and the big 3 are still in their prime. I don't get it.

@@maxmx767 KD era, KD time with warriors, GSW with KD, Steph's warriors with Kevin Durant playing on the team. However you want to say it my statement stands. The biggest takeaways: Steve Kerr's constant tinkering of the lineup rotations ♻ as the psychological means 🧠 to keep players striving to find the best version of themselves and effectively impact winning; also, load managing the time {i.e. games played regular season} to get Klay {32}, Draymond {46}, and Steph {64} healthy ⚕ for the 2022 🏀 playoff season‼
