I thought that Restaurant one was pretty brutal, but someone mentioned its called the "Karens Diner" where the whole theme of the restaurant is for them to basically insult you and be over the top. youre confusing percentage and per thousand measurement , blowing a 3.8 means the alcohol content in their blood is 3.8 out of a thousand parts , so 0.38 percent
