I had different results. I have an older instant pot 8qt. Using eggs straight from the fridge mine were perfectly soft boiled at 3 minutes, the yoke was a little bit more loose than your 1 minute egg but still cooked around the edges.

Did you take them straight from the fridge and put them in? Or are they room temp?

Thanks! I just followed another video with 2 minute cook and 15 min natural release. That worked fine but seemed about as long as boiling on the stove. This will save lots of time!!

You’re welcome:) I initially tried that too and realized it didn’t make any difference waiting so long with the natural release. This way is definitely a time saver! 👍

Your 2 minute eggs look like my 4 minute eggs? My 3 minute eggs have a runny yoke. Are you starting your eggs right out of the fridge or are you letting them set out on the counter for a while?

I started the eggs right from the fridge, i don't let it sit & wait.. I prefer to get it done quick as possible. When the cooking time finishes (beeps), I instant release the steam and remove the cover as soon as it lets me to (so I also don't let it sit in there as the eggs can continue to cook), then put it in ice cold water to cool off a few mins, and then that's the results I get.
