Trying it now in my instant pot 😊 I don’t have a bowl so I mixed 400ml of washed rice in with the chicken and used a tin of diced tomatoes 🍅 since I didn’t have any on hand. Other than that followed everything else in the recipe 😊 Will let you know how it is 😊 Smells amazing so far 😊

You can use other basmatis although Aahu Barah is best. But just make sure its basmati! :)
