This delicious dish is incredibly easy to make using an instant pot/pressure cooker. Full of vegetables and protein, this meal will leave you satisfied while helping you achieve your goals!
You need:
2 large frozen chicken breasts
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of soy sauce or liquid aminos
1/3 cup of honey
Spoonful of pre-minced garlic or two cloves minced
2 inch block of ginger, peeled and minced
4 TBSP of corn starch
2 bags (40oz total) frozen stir fry vegetables
Sriracha (optional)
Green onions, sliced for garnish
Sesame Seeds for garnish
