I love your recipes! As an unsophisticated guy who didn't learn to cook for himself until his 20s, I really appreciate these recipes! Thank you and keep them coming!

I made this last night and it was delicious. Was skeptical at first about the peppers, but they added such a great flavor. Will make this again. I enjoy your recipes and videos very much-keep ‘‘em coming!

I just found your channel. I got my first instant pot just two days ago. Watching so many videos, but I'm use to doing every thing homemade, not from so many that are dumping frozen potatoes ect into a pot. Thank you I will be watching your post. Happy New year.

Thanks for Sharing! Just a question about the pot roast being broken up.. I have a whole 2lb chuck roast, is it okay to keep whole? And if I wanna make carrots and potatoes, just follow your previous videos on instant pot roast? Can’t wait to make this for dinner tonight! 🤤

Hey there! You can keep it whole, but I would cook for 60 minutes on high pressure with a full natural pressure release. It won't be quite as tender, but pretty close. And yes, after pressure cooking, add carrots and potatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes on high pressure depending on how soft/large your veggies are. Enjoy!

If my son were to see me put in Horseradish He wouldn’t even try it. Just saying not to loud. 😂
