Instead of using heavy cream, try it with cream of mushroom before you pressure cook. That's how I make it and it's delicious. Just replace the can of water with a can of broth.

Made this two days ago was very salty but that was my fault( miss calculated the amount of broth to water) , the meat was ahhhhhh , sooooo goood. Can’t wait to make it again. I’m making the beef stew right now😊
