Establishing winning habits is MUCH more important for the rest of season than tanking in a draft where there is no real absolute number 1 overall pick or QB to obtain. Winning gives the habit of winning and helps the development of players currently on the roster. I do not want to hear about tanking and draft order.

I think winston and stefanski are a great combo. And winston is good at all the things that you want a mentoring bridge quarterback to be: Leadership, heart, working in a system, footwork, maturity, and grit.

You will not find a better quarterback. Your team sucks! Jameis is making your team better. Who did Baker Mayfield play with in comparison to what Jameis is playing with. Odell Beckum was open for touchdowns and Baker could not get the ball to him. Yes Jameis has to stop with the interceptions which is what he is doing. Jameis gets frustrated and starts trying to force passes as opposed to simply keeping the chains moving in order to keep the defense on the field.

Winston played with poise and heart and he had the support of his teammates....If he can manage the QB position for a few seasons, mentor a young QB and allow us to develop our future QB, which certainly the Browns will be targeting in next year's draft, keep him! The playcalling at the end of the game was atrocious. The rebuild still needs to happen but you have to stick with Jameis. Stefanski is not off the hook, we’ve seen this before he wins a big game and then strings together bad loss after bad loss. He still needs to be fired along with Depodesta and berry. Vrabel needs to be elevated to HC

Stefanski had very good seasons in 2020 and last year. You couldn't ask for more from a HC. 2021 they would have done much better had Baker not been injured (at least 4 more wins). 2022 was a lost season because of the Watson deal and the front office did him no favors by making him go most of the season with a backup starting. They should have gotten him someone better and not worried about Watson when he came off suspension for that year.

The Browns owe it to the fans to put the best product on the field and tanking should not be an option. Next, I don't understand why there is so much thought on taking a QB, these guys are not it and at some point the Browns have got to stop reaching in the first round for players who aren't in the realm of Andrew Luck and Peyton Manning. They need to build around Jameis and continue moving forward. We need a left tackle and a number one wide receiver.

In a season that no longer matters, there is a lot on the line these next six weeks. Front office needs to dig itself out of the hole they created for this franchise.
