My god the comments i am seeing. We browns must really be traumatized to think we should just give this man the whole team. Flip a coin, heads he plays good, tails he plays bad. That right there is the winston experience. While i do think we should keep him for now, he is not the answer, and we have had better QBs than JW. Hell he didnt even play that good this game, the reason we won was because of people like Conklin who dominated on of the best to paly the game. Can't even call the guy a game manager.

I think that is highly unlikely. The best would be to become a bridge starter until the Browns find their longtime starter in either the 2025 or 2026 draft.
@metsrusАй бұрын
@@StevenC32 he's only a bridge if he can't thrive. I think he's more talented than guys like Geno Smith and Sam Darnold, and these guys seem to have some stability with their teams. I have no doubt the Browns would be in the playoff hunt had they started Jameis Week 1
@StevenC32Ай бұрын
@@metsrus I don't think that they are a winning team with or without Winston. He is mediocre at best, and certainly not enough to make the Browns into a winning team. He turns the ball over way too much, and that is why no one wanted him.
@metsrusАй бұрын
@@StevenC32 Flacco turned the ball over a ton and people were okay with him starting. Point is Jameis moves the ball downfield, all the browns qbs couldn't do it. His style makes him prone for turnover but look he already won more games than deshaun beating teams like the ravens and steelers. Is he the long term answer, maybe, maybe not. but browns should give him a full season to prove himself.
@ShaquilleOatmeal1008Ай бұрын
@@StevenC32what makes Jameis so great is that he has a rare mental toughness in the presence of personal error, most QBs throw an INT and get all bent out of shape, Jameis lets it roll off his back and runs in a TD later. That’s what you need in your starting QB.
