@@unknown5150variable He explained in some of his speeches that the reason he thought way about limits is because with affirmative action they lower the requirements and focus on the race to have a more diverse hire, and his opinion is that he’d rather have people with the best skills compared to people hired based off of their race I believe, however for the civil rights act I have no clue
