Exactly. You don't pull the rack/grating, period. I honestly don't understand why anyone would do that. (Except when it's deliberate, or at least very awkward thinking.) There are even those kind of notches, at least in some ovens, that are supposed to keep the grating in place (but not the baking tray) Not only does the boy in the video pull it out, he also just stops holding it up, so the whole thing skews downwards. (Maybe it's the first time he's ever used an oven?) He DID have a chance to prevent the dish from sliding off there and he simply ignored it and let it happen?
