sunglasses ron The point is the fight was a total mismatch. Harrison was in over his head against Wilder and there was nothing he could have done against the younger, faster and powerful puncher. On this occasion, I think I'll listen to a boxing expert in David Price. The guy is more qualified than Keys on the subject of boxing for obvious reasons.
@LMcAwesome7 жыл бұрын
I dont agree at all. There have been a lot of fighters up against Wilder that were older, slower and without his power. They didnt all get KOed with their first punch. This guy is an olympian! We KNOW he can box, in theory. But he turned up there, got cornered by a guy with average footwork at best, and got hit with the first right hand wilder threw. It wasnt even disguised! He had it cocked and ready to go. Before you ask, no, i couldnt go 1 round with Wilder either. Or probably even Audley. But in my actual job, i expect to be able to perform to a reasonable level. Getting KOed *in this manner* wouldnt be it.

I really do hope that this next year Wilder gets a couple of legit contenders under his belt. It was nice to see him fight Liakovich after this, but then he went down to Firtha. It would be really sweet if we could possibly see him take on the winner of the WBC crown between Arreola and Stiverne. Hopefully he fights a top ten guy before that, but if not, I think he'd still have a legitimate chance of beating either one of those guys. Get him in with Fury. They both could use the challenge, though Fury has had the better opponents to this point, I'd still bet on Wilder.

Come to think of it Wilder's actually ranked number three by the WBC, behind Stiverne(1) and Arreola(2). So by default, one would come to the conclusion that he would be their mandatory. Bad ass. Hopefully the two aforementioned contenders for the crown don't dilly dally around,and get in the ropes this spring. Both guys have already stated they are willing to fight one another, and Stiverne's litigation against Don King is pretty much taken care of. Don King getting sued by another fighter, what a shocker. You'd think these mother fuckers would learn the dudes bad business, and full of empty promises.

This is the perfect fight to assess both wilders and harisons careers. 1. Harison never took a knee plain and simple he was knocked down period. 2. Wilder showed his lack of boxing I.q.that he has maintained to this dayyyy. 3 just relook his pad work in the dressing room pre fight question his legendary speed. 4. He is a back foot boxer with no counter punch. 5. Wilders lack of finishing skills 6. And lastly if it wasn't for wilders devastating right hand he would never have even made a good amateur.proved by the fury trilogy many years after. The final difference between wilder and harison is wilder has heart whilst harison never did.

Deontay Wilder is far from fighting at world level but is a nightmare for Wladimir Klitschko with those wild swinging hands. Klitschko can't take one of those connecting and Wilder will be swinging for life. If those two will ever fight then either Klitschko will be out in the first or second round or Klitschko will stay away for three or four rounds with Wilder punching himself out quickly.
