I love these exrrcises. They gave me so much relief! If I could make a suggestion it would be wonderful if you did this for each side rather than just say do it for both sides. That way I could do the complete exercise with you instead of rewinding and playing that part again. These are wonderful exercises though and help so much!

Wow! These are stretches and exercises for the pain I'm always feeling. Doing these has shown me how weak my muscles are. I had no idea. I'm going to do these every day and monitor my progress. There's no reason I should be this weak. Thank you soooo much for all you do to help us, Dr. Rowe!!

I discovered laying on the floor with a donut pillow underneath my hips and doing the 4-exercise (circling) is so comforting. Since I begin doing these exercises daily, my hips are no longer stiff and painful after a long period of sitting, so I continue doing them as a preventative measure.

Thank you so much for this video. I've had back issues for many years and work out frequently at the gym; however, I forget how valuable these type of exercises are and am trying to incorporate into my daily routine. I will definitely be working harder to incorporate more stretching. I know these will help alleviate the daily pain. People have joked that I'm a pain in the butt--they don't know how right they are!!!! Thanks again.

Even sitting a short time, I have stiff hips for a short spell after standing. Dr. Rowe, your videos are very, very helpful. I like this one and the foot arthritis one especially. I feel like I have a personal PT guy! You seem to know exactly what people need. Thank you.

I lay on bed, put masage ball under glutes muscle / bottom part of back, muscles only! Move it around to get more blood circulatios, very important when you sitting a lot

cool video! def will use the hip stenghtening exercises since i practice kung fu and those moves help with kicks and whatnot. of course, since im already used to the movement, im already flexible enough to need to raise my leg almost 90° ahead, but my weak link in on the side, so thanks for the advice on finding the weak link. amazing video.

Thank you so much! Is it ok to do the strengthening exercises every day? This is really something I struggle with a lot. I am an entrepreneur working solely on the computer. And when I'm done for the day, I stay on the same computer until I go asleep 😅 I eat, study, crochet, watch movies, everything on the same computer. I'm not even 40 yet, but my hips and every fascia from the waist down are sometimes so painful, I actually cry!!! So again, thank you, thank you, thank you ❤ You always do the best and most helpful videos 😊

I know what you mean…implementing these exercises throughout my day by taking short breaks or while doing other activities really advanced healing. I made a habit of adding in a few exercises every chance I get; it helps a lot since the body adds up the total for the day.

This was great for my right hip and back but that same leg's knee is pinching at the inside for pivot and twist while sitting, any advice?

actually the best way to stretch that tfl and glute med is to stand with the bad leg forward, mid stance/stride, bend front knee a little and hinge forward at the hips, its almost like a single leg dead lift. you can stretch and strengthen in the same movement. i had a hip replaced and spasms and cramps in thigh for years untill i found this stretch.

Not sure if you answer this or not. I have lots of muscle knots along with back pain and neck pain. I have been to chiropractor before but not with the muscle knots and stuff. Should I be getting a deep tissue message first?

Hey Dr, after talking to my chiropractor regarding pins and needles mostly around the outside of my leg, (the same side I've got bridging happening) he suggested foam rolling from the glute to my knee and also grabbing the skin along the leg and folding it over. Does that sound like something you would suggest? Thank you.

Doc I had pudendal neuralgia entrapment surgery) months ago. I had it done on right side. Pudendal nerve was so entrapped. 6 months now. And I still have sit bone pain on both sides , pelvic floor is clenching all the time . What can I do to heal? 🙏🏽
