Louis, I'm Luis(although I've always pronounced as Louis) and I do watch repair. I've had companies treat me the same way. The "Swatch Group." Which owns several brands sent me a rather hilarious email recently when I asked if I could get a crystal for a watch. They told me that they don't "authorize" me to make repairs on their watches. Even that I'm not AUTHORIZED to change batteries. Where are they getting this sense of authority from? Do car companies say my local mechanic isn't "authorized" to put a new battery in my car as well? Anyway, love your vids and what you do for the independent guys. 👍

Yeah, I'm not stupid, I realize that your advocacy is self-severing, but everyone's is. There are NO SELFLESS ACTS. The question is are the acts socially and morally beneficial to the masses and the answer in your case is certainly. Your entertaining, your passionate, you're humorous and sincere and you actually know your shit. That's a great thing, but don't be surprised that most of us DON"T know YOUR shit. After all, that's what pays the rent. Cheers... Joe P.
