I just found your site and I just wanted to let you know that you can make hickory syrup as well as maple syrup and the same manner that you are making your other.

that punch down tool should have one 'fork' slightly longer than the other to cut the 'tail' off each wire as you punch it down (and if you have it reversed, it'll prevent good connection of the wire, which is...bad. Leaving the tails attached can cause interference that will reduce signal quality on the wire
