Fun fact, you can also deny people as long as you have the "Reason for Denial" stamp primed. So even though you have to bring it up, you don't need to check fingerprints or scan them for weapons, just deny them.

You could have also done the the ending #15 where you neutralize the Ezic operatives after they have destroyed the wall. Revolution starts, but you become persona non grata in the New Artzozka since you betrayed the Ezic at the very end.

You should try "Dead in Bermuda". The gameplay is similar to "60 Seconds", but it has a dark "Lost" inspired story that you have to uncover, while trying to save a group of people who were in a plane crash and landed on an island. It is also under $2. It is quite hard, and I've still never been able to finish it. I'd love to see someone who is able to figure out all games in front of you get through it.

I'm so glad you played this. Papers, Please is one of the most 80' eastern european representative games. Glad you enjoyed it. I'm sure you are going to also have a blast with Return of The Obra Dinn (from the same dev, Lucas Pope) Obra Dinn is a lot more like Observation Duty but with a stylized art style and a lot of deduction. (just mind that the art style for that might fuck up the stream bitrate)

While I personally prefer to play the story mode as a methodical bureaucrat, interrogating every discrepancy and detaining whenever the option is available, I don't think it's "broken" (as some in chat seemed to suggest) that you can just deny people whose papers aren't in order. Until the "you must give a reason" stamp is added, the Arstotzkan government canonically doesn't require you to ask questions or help people get their papers in order. If the papers they present appear to be wrong in any way, you can deny them entry and still get paid. I would however prefer if you didn't spam the 'next' button, since it has a consistent timing that you can easily learn without needing to spam the button (I didn't realise how annoying the sound was until I heard it multiple times every 20 seconds for 4 hours).

You should try "No Umbrellas Allowed". It is basically a spiced up pawn shop simulator. Or if you are looking for something different, "Atom Zombie Smasher" came to mind. You.. smash pixel zombies. 😀 The soundtrack smashes as well. Sorry if you've played them. I've double checked and I haven' t found any recordings.

There is a game called "Scene investigators" it's really cool and is complicated because every thing can be a clue even if it is not interactable. But the game is really messed up. It has dark themes like human trafficking, prostitution, abortion etc. Beside that It's really cool and has an amazing story so definitely check it out. Love your videos!

14:26 I am sure someone updated you on this or you caught it, but the reason the "dates are wrong" isn't because you are looking at expiration dates, you are looking for exact dates. If someone's entry ticket says "Valid ON 29.11.1982" it's wrong. Yes it is still not expired, but the ticket says *ON* so they came to the gate on the wrong date. :)
